The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or coworking space. It would have been helpful to have a designated area with reliable internet access and office amenities for business-related tasks.

cleanliness is excellent - lovely location with a beautiful garden and common areas inside - got great local insights, and enjoyed the self-service honesty system for drinks and snacks.

Despite our limited Spanish language skills, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of small menus to choose from. I especially enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel, tucked away in a typical mountain village. Its location was also convenient for exploring different places on the island.
